Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm in Irvine is seeking a Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. The successful candidate will lead a team of attorneys and case managers, manage a significant caseload, and provide compassionate client service while striving to achieve the largest possible settlements for wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. Duties:Lead a team of attorneys and case managers in pursuing maximum settlements for wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases.Manage a significant caseload and provide informative and compassionate client service.Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.Analyze fact patterns to establish liability and clear coverage.Supervise and provide guidance and counsel to team members.Settle cases in the pre-litigation stage, utilizing strong negotiation skills.Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to supervise and provide guidance.Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.Spanish fluency is a plus. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California. Skills:Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.Compassionate client service orientation.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to achieving the largest possible settlements for clients.
