Wall Township Public Schools "Building A Tradition Of Excellence" Superintendent The Wall Township Public School District is seeking an accomplished, highly motivated educational leader to serve as superintendent of schools. Wall Township is a suburban community in southern Monmouth County, NJ, which serves approximately 3,650 students in a PK-12 environment. The Wall Township Board of Education is seeking a superintendent who has a deep understanding of the teaching/learning process which promotes the philosophy of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in curriculum and a proven record of collaboration and consensus-building. The Board is seeking a leader who is inspirational, motivational, transparent, caring and builds on the successes of the district. This student-centered educator will foster a positive and professional climate of mutual trust and respect among faculty, staff, students, parents, administrators, board members and the community at large. Candidates should also have a firm grasp and understanding of facilities management. Qualifications: NJ Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required Experience as a Superintendent/Central Administrator/or Principal experience required Experience in a similarly sized district Teaching experience highly preferred Demonstrated success in financial management and resource allocation Position available on or about July 1, 2020 depending on availability of candidate.
