Superintendent *Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Experience is a must* As the Superintendent at Reich Construction LLC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
