WANTED: (1) Real Estate Buyer's Agent (1) Listing Specialist Both Buyer s Agent and Listing Specialist roles will have the following responsibilities: Hold 4 open houses a month Update and complete Weekly Lead Reports by Friday at 12pm. Follow-up on qualified and non-qualified leads Complete Daily Calling Log online. Participate in weekly accountability and training. You will have a 30 day trial period in which we will evaluate your performance of working leads. If you excel in putting clients into contract and closing the escrow you will receive more leads. Once the trial period is completed you will be evaluated based on your overall results in order to determine a potential position as a Full-time Buyer Agent.
