Willingness to learn and follow directions Some mechanical ability preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach, stretch, twist and squat Proficiency with computers Typical workday: Painting Labeling Miscellaneous maintenance responsibilities Potential for administrative tasks Cleaning up Light Landscaping * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify
