Our mission is to create an unforgettable summer experience for young minds, fostering a sense of wonder and exploration. As a Group Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the summer memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. If you are passionate about sparking curiosity, encouraging creativity, and creating a sense of community, we invite you to be a part of our innovative and exciting summer camp journey. Location: San Ramon Elementary Schools Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance) No weekends! Pay & Benefits: $18-$21/hour (pay is based on education and experience) Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer Fun and friendships come with the paycheck As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered. Here's what you'll need: Must have a high school diploma or GED, Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations Join us today!
