SummaryThe Cloud Architect will be part of a newly established team that will work on solving complex AI/ML issues. You will be responsible for architecting the vision and technical roadmap to solve business problems leveraging AI tools. You will be working hands on in the design, implementation, testing and deployment of complex software solutions. You will also be a key member of the team that interacts and collaborates with various company departments to find their pain points and develop innovative solutions to automate processes. You will guide and mentor cross functional team members in implementing these projects on time and within budget. ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties:* Collaborate with Executive team members, Internal and external Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems.* Research available AI/ML technologies and tools that can be leveraged to solve business problems.* Deep dive into business processes and find ways to automate bottlenecks.* Architect and Design solutions leveraging industry best AI/ML tools.* Lead the AI/ML team in implementing solutions to alleviate business problems and automate processes.* Develop applications using .NET, C#.* Develop AI/ML solutions using AWS tools.* Ensure the use of Best Practices in the implementation of any project.* Mentor junior team members and help build the company's first core AI/ML team.* Ensure that projects are on time and within budget. Work on removing any roadblocks.* Ensure that all deliverables are tested and documented.Qualifications and requirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.Essential Skills:A minimum of 10 years working in Software Development with increasing responsibility. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in the following areas:* 5+ Years of experience working with AI/ML tools and services i.e., Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Sagemaker, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Transcribe* 5+ Years of building, modifying and tuning of AI models.* 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies, specifically C#, , .NET Core.* 10+ years of experience in Javascript, Typescript, * 5+ years of experience in working with leading cloud providers i.e., AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE* 8+ years of hands-on experience with GIT, AZURE GIT, GIT Hub and other source control platforms.* Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases i.e., MS SQL Server, Postgress, DynamoDB etc.* Experience working with Amazon services i.e., Lambdas, Athena, Kinesis, Aurora etc.* 5+ Years of providing technical leadership and guidance to software development teams.* Hands on experience with web applications development* Hands on experience developing APIs* Hands on experience developing Microservices.* Excellent communication skillsPreferred Experience:* Amazon Healthlake* Amazon Comprehend Medical* Amazon Transcribe* Quicksight Reporting* Healthcare experienceDesired CharacteristicsOrganizational "Fit" Considerations:* Must be able to adhere to deadlines.
