SUMMARYThe Supplier Success Professional (Customer Support) will assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors but being the first point of contact for all Avetta customers.After the initial 4 week training period in office, this role would offer a hybrid work schedule in our Lehi office.Pay rate: $16.30/hrESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide professional support to all Avetta customersHelp end-users navigate the Avetta Cloud ApplicationVerify technical documents submitted by end usersAbility to resolve complex issues with focus on customer experienceInteract directly with Avetta customers through telephone, email and chatPrioritize and resolve customer needsAccurately verify details on regulatory documentsSupport and explain customer billing and subscription termsRecord details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC)Provide necessary outbound follow-up, both via phone and emailCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsWork as a team and be a positive addition to Avetta's culturePerforms other duties as assignedMay be required to attend training, meetings, or seminars MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Call center experience is a plusExcellent communication skill - both written and orallyWorking PC knowledge, windows preferred and related applicationsAn affinity for learning online software systemsInterpersonal skillsProblem analysis and problem-solvingAttention to detail and accuracyAdaptabilitySelf-MotivatedStress toleranceAbility to learn and apply new information or skills
