MARTINSVILLE SPEEDWAYLocated in southern Virginia near the North Carolina border, Martinsville Speedway was built in 1947 by its founder H. Clay Earles. The track is the only venue to host NASCAR's top series every year since its inception. In May 2020, Martinsville Speedway will host its first NASCAR Cup Series race 'under the lights'.
