Substance Abuse Case Manager

Description:
CDAC is seeking a Care Manager to provide case management services to women and families with substance use concerns in the Escambia County area. The position requires clinical skills and experience with substance use and mental health disorders, parenting and family issues, and community resources. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of case management and care coordination principles and have experience working with people with substance use and mental health concerns and must demonstrate an understanding of ROSC (recovery-oriented systems of care) principles. Position available serving primarily Escambia County area. Bachelor's degree in social services field with at least two years of relevant experience required. Master's degree preferred. This position includes a competitive comprehensive benefit package including, but not limited to: health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with match. CDAC employment qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Position requires a Level II Background and valid driver's license.
