Job Type: Full Time Location: Fort Meade, Md. Clearance: TS SCI w/Poly VMR Strategic Solutions is seeking Subject Matter Expert V to support our client. This position will have experience articulating white board ideas to all levels of management and providing lifecycle sustainment support. The expert will assist in the development, organization, and articulation of Mission expectation to support test planning and operational evaluation activities. The expert will also maintain cognizance of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities. Duties Provide the bridge between Mission end users of the systems to be delivered and those who are architecting engineering and/or developing the system Support the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOPs, requirements, scenarios and use cases that accurately reflect end users’ needs Support information management transformation Develop requirements from projects inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area Assist project members with analysis, evaluation and preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts Qualifications Required Education and Experience: PHD and 3 years of relevant experience Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience Associate degree and 15 years of relevant experience High School/GED and 20 years of relevant experience DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification Required Clearance: TS/SCI With Poly Working Environment & Conditions Onsite
