STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM GOAL Cranford Construction Company will recruit and employ Student Summer Interns for the purpose of orientation to Cranford Construction Company operations, peak season operational support, and in the anticipation of potential transition to full time employment as positions become available. STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP TIMELINE Cranford Construction intends to recruit for internships and will make offers as candidates are identified. Summer 2024 report will be negotiated individually based on availability of the intern. TARGET STUDENT SUMMER INTERN FIELD OF STUDY Students with focus on a field of study in the area of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field or administrative / support field to these areas of study will be the primary target group for consideration for summer internship positions. Undergraduate students who are rising juniors or seniors are a primary target for internship interview and potential offer after interview. STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP COMPENSATION The Compensation for the Student Summer Intern position will be as follows: Sign-On Bonus - A sign on bonus of $1,000.00 will be paid at the completion of the first week of report, with the first payroll event. Hourly Compensation - An hourly wage of $20.00 will be paid. Overtime will be paid over 40 hours in any week or otherwise as stipulated by law or statute in the location of Expenses - Hotel rooms provided with no out of pocket expense. Per diem of $30.00 per day will be paid for meals and expense. CRANFORD CONSTRUCTION INTERNSHIP 2024 Cranford Construction is located in the Central, AR area with operations in and around Little Rock and Hot Springs. STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP MENTOR Each Student Summer Intern will be assigned a mentor who will represent the Company contact for orientation to the program, facilitation of report, as well as a sounding board for any issues or opportunities for the program and the individual intern experience.
