Job Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic "people-person" to aid and support our students as well as assist the Campus Director with designated administrative tasks. Job duties include: Assist students in resolving issues, concerns, needs, etc Answer student questions regarding attendance, academics, probations, state board, etc Follow-up with students who are absent Create and communicate action plans Complete state board licensure applications Follow up with students to ensure they are prepared for the state board exam Distribute report cards to faculty Assist Career Services with the extern site and permanent placement opportunities for our graduates by seeking out new job leads with prospective employers Assist Customer Service with the ability to answer multiple telephone lines Assist Inventory Specialist with conducting inventory, processing orders, receiving shipments, dispensing products, and maintaining Dispensary/Stockroom Job Requirements and Qualifications Must have strong customer service skills Must have a passion to help students succeed Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Professional presentation skills and a command of the English language in a verbal and written capacity are required This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as we offer a competitive salary/benefits package.
