STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR – Part Time Connections Church in Coon Rapids, MN has a half-time position open for a Student Ministry Director. This position will lead middle school and high school students into a relationship with Jesus and help them develop into fully devoted followers of Him. Will also collaborate with church leadership and key student ministry volunteers to develop the vision for the student ministry and a plan to carry it out. Preferred candidates should have progressive experience and/or education as a student ministry leader and the ability to oversee a comprehensive program. Top consideration will be given to those with a passion and positive results in outreach and discipleship to lead a growing program that extends beyond the church.Come, grow with us. Connections Church is expanding to a second campus, and we are looking for a student ministry director with a can-do approach to trust Jesus for big results and the potential for career growth that may include the opportunity to work as a campus pastor or church planter.
