Street Pop' Outreach Support Worker- Safer Spaces- Greenwich Are you a passionate Outreach Support Worker looking for your next role Hours of work: 9am- 5pm 35 hours per week Umbrella rate: £18.27-£22.67 per hour Temporary role- 3 months initially The role: To be a part of a trauma- informed multi-agency programme supporting the need of the community To identify the needs of the service users and ensure they receive the services they require. To produce plans and backssments whilst including the relevant agencies and promoting partnerships. To develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies. To work in a way which maintains and promotes dignity for the community in need. To work in a way which is mindful for your own mental health and identify when to take steps and precautions in order to maintain your well being. Requirements: Relevant UK experience Up-to-date DBS on the update service Strong ability to work alone whilst also have the ability to work as a team. Strong communication skills.
