NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of auto parts with some management experience. This position is BONUS eligible. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer focused team. Who is NPW? NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, over 50 company owner locations in 16 states and Canada that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors. Responsibilities: Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Drive Sales for your location Self-motivated, takes initiative Entrepreneurial Spirit Lead and Motivate Counter Sales and Shipping Team Manage Expenses Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word Ability to motivate and lead a team Provide excellent customer service awareness of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Assure safety compliance with company requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines Positive, "CAN DO" attitude! Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry. Must have one (1) plus years of management experience Possess strong communication and leadership skills Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
