Wash N Roll is currently hiring for their new location in Jonesborough TN.Pay- $40,000-50,000InsurancePTOStore Manager: Purpose: A Store Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. (Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance). Task: Store Manager task is to keep their team motivated, supply great customer service, and ensure the operational and organizational standards are met. The ideal Store Manager can improve customer satisfaction and achieve goals that have been set. In addition to being an excellent communicator. Ensure all employees are in the correct uniform Ensure deposits are made on Mondays and Fridays. Also, the 1st of the month Communicate Maintenace issues with their Senior Manager and maintenance manager. Keep track of labor by adjusting schedules Control chemical usage by dialing in the Versadials to achieve the cleanest car possible DRB expert (ready to handle wash issues and get them resolved quickly) Able to assist other store managers with issues to help decrease workload on Senior Managers Praise employees, give redirects, and delegate tasks to their teams Ensure cameras are clean each day Pick up any and all trash on the property Keep mulch/pine needles clean and weed free Responsibilities: Provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team members Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new team members Creating schedules & adjusting when needed Understanding the sites financials to drive results and utilize budgets wisely Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed Works safely and reports safety or maintenance issues Maintain cleanliness of work environment and inventory Provide excellent customer service Performs team member duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service Guides cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel Submitting bonuses to their Senior Manager for review Be on time and in uniform for every scheduled shift Load and prep vehicles as they enter the wash bay as needed Spray bug prep on the front and back of every vehicle Use the bucket brush to scrub the front and back of every vehicle Ensure the wash controller queue is accurate Communicate with the guest to ensure the driver is not in park or on the brake Send the rollers behind the rear wheel to ensure the vehicle passes through the wash Ensure the wash equipment is operating correctly as the vehicle goes through the wash tunnel Perform basic routine maintenance as required or directed Perform advanced maintenance as required or directed Empty the garbage bins around the lot Collect dirty towels, wash them, fold them, and return clean towels to the lot for customer use Refill and replace window cleaner bottles as needed Sweep the lot property as needed to ensure the lot is well maintained and clean. Cash deposits twice weekly Replace and replenish cash in cassette boxes as necessary Create schedules weekly All Store Managers need to meet the following requirements: Must be able to lift fifty pounds Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions Must have reliable transportation to and from the site Must be willing to work early hours and 50 hours per week Goals: Enhance store strategies Become an expert One Minute Manager Optimizing store profit Create a strong team Become a Senior Manager Powered by JazzHR
