Duties As our Store Manager, a lot of responsibility will rest on your shoulders. Requirements Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must:- Exhibit a high emotional need to succeed and align 100% with our Values.- Take initiative and demonstrate accountability, self-starting and taking proactive measures to drive results.- Be results-focused, driven to meet or exceed goals efficiently and quickly.- Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, producing high-quality work with minimal errors.- Have prior Bicycle Retail service experience and strong organizational & time management skills.- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy.- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with your schedule, always remaining open to learning and continuous improvement.
