Hourly-$18-$20 an hr * Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc)* Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules)* Use of POS system/ basic cash handling* Available late summer nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays)* Must be watchful and controlling with labor and cost of goods matrix this is vital* Has to be accountable for driving sales up and keeping costs down Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Ben &b Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger. Assistant Catering Operations: This position primary responsibility is for the overall success of the day to day operations of the catering business out of the riverwalk scoop shop. It is also important that the candidate has a creative mind with fresh ideas on growing a business with positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.To implement and manage the retail operations of our busy New Jersey (potentially assist for Florida/CT other territories) catering business under the Chief Administrator & Catering Manager to include the planning, operations, equipment maintenance, marketing, and customer satisfaction.To ensure that the development and implementation of all systems fully support and comply with all franchise operating systems (square, salesforce, etc.).To ensure the proper hands-on training support is provided to catering staff members. Training that focuses on daily operations, customer relations, staff orientation and cleanliness.Prep before and after events, attend events to help ensure operational excellence, motivate, and train new staff (Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures) Establish a motivating work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement with an eye towards possible job advancement that is aligned with individual goals.Supervise the implementation of all catering policies and procedures. Supervise and organize the tasks needed to maintain the overall operations including catering equipment & staff appearance, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising and promotional execution. Leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.Must be willing to work outside in heat & move lift, push, pull, carry, and place objects approximately 25 +/- lbs. Requirements/Responsibilities Store Manager Requirements:* Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency* Must love making people happy* Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet* Are able to lift at least 20 lbs* Are able to work in a fast-paced environment* Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network* Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience* Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts* Honest with integrity!* Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job* Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
