General Accountabilities Reporting to the Grid Operations Field Manager, at the Bruce Service Centre, the successful candidate’s primary accountabilities will be to establish and maintain an operational relationship between Bruce Power (the “Customer”) and Hydro One (the “Company” or “HONI”) on day-to-day and long-term activities affecting the customer's ability to generate and Hydro One's requirement to effectively maintain the Transmission system. Specific Accountabilities Have an integral knowledge of the nuclear site, which would include protection and control systems and high voltage equipment at both the Customer site and HONI stations. Represent the Station Services on all Switchyard Oversight Committee (SWOC), sub committee's as well as support Senior Management at the main SWOC. This also provides continuity for all Company LOB's that deal with Customer. Assist Director, Superintendent, GOFM and field Supervisors on day-to-day matters (both technical and general) that arise between the Company and the Customer. Support long term planner during weekly outage planning meetings between the Company and the Customer. Directly interface with the Customer’s Switchyard Oversight Manager and Coordinator. Create and present High Risk Evolution (HRE) documents for outages deemed to be HRE by the Customer and defend the outages during challenge sessions. Review pertinent Standards.
