Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work in a renowned company which offers up skill and training? Randstad Construction and Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative electrical maintenance engineer to join their Motherwell and surrounding areas mobile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of a variety of sites within the area. Location: Edinburgh City Centre (static) Salary: Competitive (up to GBP39,000 depending on experience) Employment type: Full: time, permanent Key benefits: Monday: Friday working (40 hours per week) Annual leave and bank holidays Overtime hours available Training and development courses Generous pension scheme An average day will include the following: Carrying out general tasks and electrical PPMs Emergency lighting testing Monitoring the BMS system Finding faults and reactive work when required Complying with health and safety legislation/policies Providing a quality service to customers and contract holders An ideal candidate will have: A full UK driving license Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualifications in an electrical field A City and Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar 18th Edition IEE Wire and Regulations Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry An ideal candidate will be: Flexible and patient A team player Able to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail Remain professional and communicate strongly A can: do attitude If this sounds like you please get in touch by contacting Hannah Mitchell at Randstad C and P Newcastle Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
