The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking an hourly Advancement Services Intern to support our STAR Team for the summer. The team is responsible for the data governance, reporting and analytics. This position is non-exempt and reports directly to the Executive Director of STAR. This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located next to the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. In 2023, the staff of the Alumni Association & Foundation moved into the new Fluegel Alumni Center , which was built on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. ABOUT THE UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY (USNA) ALUMNI ASSOCIATION & FOUNDATION The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and the United States Naval Academy Foundation are two independent, not-for-profit corporations sharing a single president and CEO and operating as a fully integrated organization in support of the Naval Academy and its mission. Responsibilities The STAR Intern will assist the STAR team in a variety of ways including: Donor Report Data entry General support of office tasks using MS Excel/Word macros Assist with data entry/review and report reconciliation Manage special projects and assume other duties as assigned Qualifications Working towards bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferably in computer science or information systems Creativity, enthusiasm, and curiosity Cursory knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Power Automate, macros and Adobe Acrobat To Apply: Please go to https://usna.isolvedhire.com/jobs/ and apply through our website.
