Position SummaryStage Operation Associates are responsible for assisting with a variety of event day operations at the Newman Center.This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.Essential Functions * Support the Newman Center with backstage event operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Provide excellent customer service for all Newman Center participants and patrons. * Recognize and respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies. * Maintain a clean and safe environment. * Able to work both individually and as part of a team. * Expertise in area of specificity and able to maintain all required certifications and licensures as they pertain to the role. Required Qualifications * Previous experience working in stage operations. * As required for specific roles needed on an event-by-event basis. Work SchedulePart-time, hours will vary based on event schedule. Must be available to work nights and weekends.Application DeadlineHiring will take place throughout the year as needed.
