Florida Tradesmen is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join its team. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Staffing Recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates based on client needs. JOB DUTIES: Follow client guidelines to source candidates for position openings. Conduct interviews to identify candidates. Place job postings via online career pages, job boards, etc. Screen resumes and applications. Update account managers on hiring status. Enter applicant data into ATS. New employee onboarding via company software. Resolve employee issues in a quick and timely manner. Terminate employees while following company guidelines. All other duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter or similar position. Knowledge of HR procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews. Basic knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience evaluating candidates. REQUIRED SKILLS: Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with PCs and MS Office. Proficient with MS Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.) Ability to work independently.
