You'll join our Healthcare recruitment team as a Staffing Manager. A day in the life: Source and recruit candidates using job boards and social media (or create your own sourcing method!) within established skill sets . Manage candidate inventory to meet the current needs of our client base . Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process starting from the interview to placement on a role. Manage and continue relationships with the temporary workforce, including payroll, attendance, benefits and compensation . Interact with internal Account Executives and/or clients to fully understand their staffing needs, position descriptions and role requirements. Maintain applicant tracking system and use resources to assign candidates to assignments . Be responsive and demonstrate quality customer service to candidates and clients . About you: Recent College Graduates encouraged to apply!
