Opportunity for Staffing Coordinator to join healthcare staffing and management firm, headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY. In this role you will manage high volumes of data, provide updates and communicate effectively to build relationships with hiring managers in the field to meet ongoing staffing needs. Conduct and manage full-cycle recruitment and retention activities. Work in collaboration with staffing and management to develop new recruitment strategies and cost-effective sourcing techniques that will play a vital role in the success of business. Practice effective sourcing, screening and interviewing capabilities to build talent pipelines on a national scale Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Make recommendations for new recruitment strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company Manage applicant tracking system and data integrity of system reports Create and maintain google reports that reflect current status of new hires and open positions Pre-screen, interview and update ATS system to reflect candidates' qualifications Coordinate the interview process to ensure clear internal communications and a smooth and positive candidate experience Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing exp.preferred Bachelor's Degree Excellent communications and critical-thinking skills Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of data while multi-tasking to meet deadlines Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Must be detail-oriented and system-savvy Experience with ATS required Covid Vaccine Required Benefits of Working with Cornerstone Rehab: Comprehensive Medical Coverage Dental & Vision Insurance Life & Accidental Insurance Short-Term / Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Package based on tenure Retirement Savings Plan Rehab Alternatives is a healthcare staffing & management firm, providing high quality rehabilitation and staffing management services to LTC facilities.
