Role Description We’re looking for a Senior / Staff Manufacturing Engineer who is looking to amplify their impact and help build a new manufacturing organization. This person will be responsible for engineering all functional aspects of our revolutionary battery cell assembly manufacturing ecosystem. Our mission is to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to engineering manufacturing excellence by seamlessly integrating a high level of engineering expertise, program management execution, process innovation, creating efficiency, ensuring quality, and defining new industry standards in battery manufacturing. This role will be located at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PA What You'll Do: Take Full ownership of the entire Manufacturing Process Lifecycle from inception through to operationalization Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing programs that meet quality and industrial performance. Demonstrate advanced skills in program management, including scope and management, schedule management, budget oversight, and milestone reporting Apply extensive experience and expertise in problem solving methodologies to address commissioning & bring product to production Lead the implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvementEffectively manage and lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy Bring wealth of experience in successful managing programs associated with high volume manufacturing Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and output in a high volume production environment What You'll Bring: 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentProven Expertise in industrial/manufacturing program management, including scope, schedule, budget, and reporting Demonstrated ability to apply advanced problem solving methodologies, to overcome complex changes Substantial experience in successfully managing programs related to high volume manufacturing In depth knowledge of industrial performance metrics, KPIs, and strategies for improvement Strong commitment to ensuring and enhancing product quality throughout the manufacturing process Proven ability to lead and manage cross functional teams effectively Track record of delivering end to to end manufacturing processes with a focus on quality and performance #LI-TR1 #LI-Onsite Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
