Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/year We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and accounting and wants to contribute to the success of our organization. Duties may include but not be limited to Perform all bookkeeping functions Perform all functions related to entry of cash receipts, client costs, billing with accounting system Reconcile bank statements Work up and make bank deposits for the firm’s accounts Client Billing · Provide all required financial reports to firm administration on a monthly basis Coordinate with the firms outside accountants Provide general management and oversight of the accounting systems Handle W-2 requests and 1099's at year end. Process Form 5500 on annual basis Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Must have at least 2+ years’ experience as an accountant or accounting coordinator. Provide general management and oversight of the accounting systems QuickBooks experience required Must possess strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
