Base Pay Range: $130,800.00 - $222,400.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits identified below. This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Devise, plan, deploy, and improve wireless networks from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with vendors, managers, and network engineers Network deployment (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and support for new office, or relocation project Create and monitor network performance on a regular basis Resolve support issues that have intensified via the local infrastructure or fix Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness Mentor the team members on different technical issues Create, test and oversee security measures by implementing network enhancements Communicate with the users as and when required Maintain and update the technical reports on a timely basis Suggest improvements to boost the network's capacity, performance, and scalability Be updated about the latest developments in network technologiesMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Level Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of Wi-Fi hands-on experience Current CWNA Certification is required Additional Wi-Fi Certification is a plus This role will be onsite fulltime at our Milpitas, CA HeadquartersThe company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to the following: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
