Description OverviewReporting into the Consumer Self:Care Americas (CSCA) Chief Growth and Transformation Officer, the CSCA Project Manager of OTC Business Strategy Execution will be responsible for driving, measuring, and ensuring the execution of strategic cross:functional CSCA initiatives. The CSCA Project Manager will be the key leader in driving the transformation to a ONE Perrigo operating rhythm across total CSCA. He / She will work collaboratively across category, Business Units and multi:functional teams to driving key initiatives and operationalizing standard work process across the organization. He / She will be the heart beat behind the total CSCA Operating Calendar, priority setting, and scorecard : and be a key resource in deploying the priorities and tracking to ensure more consistent delivery. Scope of the Role: Develops and owns CSCA scorecard and priority setting, with the CSCA MF LT, that enables the Business Unit's priority setting for in year and long:range planning.: Accountable to collaborate with cross functional teams to quickly break down barriers with speed and agility.: Ensures delivery and communication of the key CSCA priorities and key performance indicators that enable the business to deliver its financial targets successfully, consistently.: Manages cross:functional stakeholders while leading and leveraging best practices in alignment with SOP Ways of Working across CSCA.: Oversees training and development offerings inclusive of onboarding, continuing education, and development programs.: Drives partnership and alignment across all functions and centers of excellence (COEs) supporting the business. Experience Required: Proven program and portfolio management skills: Detailed understanding of leading project management frameworks and best practices: Ability to work with incoming resources of varying levels of seniority from across the organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills: Ability to lead multi:functional teams across a variety of commercial programs : Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders: Strong interpersonal skills to build alignment between stakeholders and drive decision making: Ability to work independently in a fast:paced and complex environment: Strong analytical skills to extract important and relevant information: Capable of creating high quality written materials for executive leadership audiences: Desire to learn and drive standardization of commercial process: Strong organizational discipline: These skills are typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree within a related field; combined with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, or a similar fieldExternal applicants please note: to this position please click the APPLY button at the bottom of the application.
