Reporting directly to the Director of User Experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact at a rapidly growing company that values the contributions of every team member. What You’ll Do: Develop digital assets that clearly convey product functionality, user interactions, and user journey. Generate comprehensive documentation including user requirements specifications, conceptual models, personas, storyboards/scenarios, flowcharts, sketches, wireframes, information architectures (IAs), design prototypes, and visual design artifacts. Utilize participatory and iterative design methods to design and define user interfaces, incorporating observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements gathering. Contribute to ideation and conceptual development of solutions supporting multiple devices, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility is accounted for. Lead design efforts within cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and quality professionals. Clearly articulate design decisions to product teams, users, and leadership. Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices. Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Who You Are: Evidence-guided. You combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product design decisions. Flexible and independent. You wear many different hats and may find yourself talking to designers, researchers, business executives, product managers, engineers, pricing and sales professionals, and go-to-market teams in the same day. A problem solver that has a knack for asking the right questions that get to the heart of the problem or desired solution. A strategic thinker able to understand business goals, user needs, and market trends, translating insights into actionable design strategies. You’re a storyteller, both verbally and visually. You know how to create insightful user stories, articulate design concepts, justify design decisions, and align the team around product decisions. What You’ll Need: Proven track record (5+ years) in designing enterprise SaaS products with a global reach. Proficiency in interaction design processes and methodologies, with a strong focus on desktop and mobile products. Deep knowledge of Figma and collaboration tools similar to Miro. Ability to create, manage, and scale a design system, maintaining consistency and cohesiveness. Demonstratable track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver designs and products to market. Ability to flourish in dynamic work settings, demonstrating independent initiative alongside a collaborative spirit and transparent communication. A proactive desire to assume responsibility for driving positive outcomes. Be a valuable contributor and team player, fostering strong relationships with leaders across all levels.
