What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Meta platforms. A track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets ($100K+ monthly) with stellar ROI. Deep understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem, including audience segmentation, ad optimization, and performance analysis. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
