The SummaryDegreed (Bachelors Preferred)7-10 years manufacturing project management experiencePrimavera Oracle P6 Software experience a plus The Role:We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee all aspects of critical projects within our manufacturing operations. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcesIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesOversee procurement of materials and equipmentManage supplier relationships and ensure on-time deliveryImplement and monitor quality control proceduresLead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environmentCommunicate project status updates to all stakeholders regularlyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing project managementProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and best practicesStrong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
