Identify appropriate resources/research to support and solidify the assumptions. Develop and deliver insights roadmap through market research, competitive intelligence gathering, and analytics. Develop brand equity scorecards to outline brand and market performance. Create an ecosystem to deliver ongoing insights via self-service dashboards, reports, and business review meetings. Collaborate with the organization to develop a robust data strategy across primary and 3 rd party data. Build expertise supporting epidemiology, market access, and competition that drives future performance. Employ creative approaches to guide patient-finding efforts and align on creating the next best customer and action solutions. Lead identification of data sources/metrics for sales incentive compensation and develop models to recommend an equitable plan. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, effectively communicating findings to commercial team members and other stakeholders. Identify and implement best practices for market research, including selecting appropriate methodologies and managing third-party vendors. Oversee competitive intelligence activities, synthesizing information to provide actionable insights. Partner with Commercial Organizations to assist/lead special projects. Qualifications: Advanced degree in a scientific or business field. 6+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or consulting. Experience in oncology and product launches preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making. Proficiency in short and long-term forecasting, market research, and Competitive Intelligence. Exceptional business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical acumen with the following tools: Excel, Tableau, etc. The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $175,000 - $185,000 . The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity.
