Primary FunctionDesigns, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long:term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Partner with site leadership to foster a culture of mutual trust and respect, maintaining the sites positive culture.: Provide support in one or more functional HR areas to include but not limited to; recruitment, student programs, training, educational assistance, diversity, immigration, relocation.: Perform Employee Relations, counseling/coaching, corrective action, retirement counseling at all levels.: Assist with Employee Education and Training.: Provide employee support with Benefits/Payroll Administration (including various types of leaves of absence): Work closely with area managers to provide continuous Improvement/Process Improvement efforts, providing consultation and recommendations to the areas of talent management, employee relations, change management, performance management, safety, and wellness.:Serve as a resource and advocate for employee questions, concerns, suggestions, and needs.: Proactively addresses any potential issues, involving the appropriate stakeholders and driving issues to closure.: Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field: 5+ years of progressive related work experience: Experience working in a Manufacturing environment: Strongcommunication skills (written and verbal): Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to deal comfortably with all levels of management: Ability to build strong relationships and achieve results while working with others: Must be able to operate with a sense of urgency: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop and execute plans andevaluate the results: Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to flex as changes or issues arise.: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).: PHR and /or SPHR certification preferred: Proficiency with HR Systems (EmployeeCentral, SuccessFactors, SAP, Kronos/UKG preferred).
