Job Description The Sr. Specialist, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Compliance Internal Investigations will play a pivotal role in upholding Olympus' core value of Integrity by executing, with minimal supervision, the process to receive, evaluate, and respond to reports of potential violations of the Olympus Global Code of Conduct, OCA's Code of Business Conduct, and Company policy throughout the Americas. The incumbent will closely analyze the facts and circumstances related to suspected violations of the Codes and Company policies, conduct thorough investigations of alleged misconduct, when necessary, process policy violations, analyze data for trends, and compile metrics and reports. The individual will be in a unique position to help identify control deficiencies, training opportunities, and process improvements and offer meaningful recommendations to business stakeholders to implement remedial actions to mitigate risk. The incumbent will also design, implement, and maintain data:driven analysis routines, metrics, and reporting activities, as directed, for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance's (GRC) internal investigation's function. Job Duties: Conduct internal investigations, at the direction of the internal investigations team in accordance with the Global Rule for Internal Investigations and OCA's Internal Investigations SOP, to detect and address actual or alleged violations of anti:bribery or health care compliance requirements in the Codes, and other policies which may include interviewing employees, analyzing documents and data, collecting evidence, and drafting summary reports.: Formulate fair and objective conclusions based on investigation findings and develop appropriate remedial action recommendations.: Support the internal investigations team with complex investigation matters by collecting and analyzing large data sets; identifying and reviewing historical transactions; assisting with confidential email reviews, supporting interviews, etc.: Prepare key performance metrics and data visualizations to be used in reports to relevant stakeholders including the Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas, the Internal Investigations Committee (IIC), and business leaders.: Administer, maintain, and execute the operational processes for GRC policy violations in the Americas.: Serve as a backup GRC regional tier administrator, when assigned, for reports of concern received through the Integrity Line.: Perform tasks that support key objectives and requests by the IIC to further enhance OCA's internal investigations program and "speak:up" culture.: Develop and utilize an intimate understanding of key business processes, systems, applications, and data repositories to analyze large datasets and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant to internal investigations.: Other:Perform other related duties as assigned.
