Freedom for the soul. Are you ready to join us? The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Sr Analyst Finance. Job Summary This position is a key member of Harley-Davidson’s York Operations finance team. The role provides cost management, direction, and analytical support for assigned areas in the manufacturing plant. This position partners with the operations teams to provide comprehensive financial support including, but not limited to, monthly performance reports, financial analysis, recommendations for improvement areas when needed. The senior finance analyst will be responsible for contributing to achieving operating costs and performance goals. Job Responsibilities • Complete month end close process, including journal entries, expense analysis and development of cost of sales • Review, analyze and evaluate financial data for accuracy and consistency • Coordinates the development and preparation of budgets and forecasts for operating expenses, headcount and labor costs • Prepare and communicate key performance metrics for operations, including labor, production volume and inventory reporting • Collaborate with the operations team to identify cost risks and implement improvement strategies • Provide support to finance team and assist in driving process improvement • Support internal and external audit requests and documentation • Participate in special projects, ad-hoc research and data analysis as needed Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Education Specifications Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
