The Sr. Accounting Manager helps coordinate the financial affairs of Mains’l and prepares financial analyses of operations, including financial statements with supporting schedules, and budget administration, for the guidance of management. The Sr. Accounting Manager is responsible for the integrity of all the accounting information which involves supervision over general accounting, financial systems, and budgetary controls. The position will be responsible for technical and analytical guidance in identifying and solving problems within the agency and department. Job Duties: Ensure the distribution of timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with accounting policies and procedures and compliance requirements Drive organizational Strategies and development by analyzing, reporting, and projecting financial performances Monitor and confirm financial conditions through internal and external compliance Lead organization’s treasury functions Provide Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring to Finance Team Members Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree: preferred accounting/finance degree At minimum, 5 years progressively more responsible experience in financial positions Active CPA Certification Possess the knowledge and ability to coach, lead, and mentor others Knowledge and Application of GAAP, federal and state tax regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and understanding of person-centered practices Have the ability to adapt to changing demands of the job Ability to learn and use systems to efficiently and effectively manage work processes and documentation Innovative and curious, creating opportunities to implement system and process enhancements Collaborative with internal and external partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met Salary: $100,660-116,600 annually Location: Brooklyn Park, MN We are about delivering exceptional quality and innovative services through engaged employees!
