Realplay is looking for high energy applicants with experience in social media or marketing. The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the sports tech industry! Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories. Job Description: Realplay is looking to add members to an on-site Marketing Team for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Marketing Team, your work will contribute directly to the fast-paced growth of our company, and the advancement of the sports tech industry as a whole. Members of the team will be tasked with: Attending Realplay's partner facility "Action Sports Complex", in Dayton, OHEngaging with tournament attendees to increase brand awareness Developing a strong understanding of Realplay's businessParticipating in professional advancement exercises Running Realplay sponsored competitions for players attending events Creating, Implementing, and tracking new social media campaigns Work directly with management staff to execute strategic objectives Answering questions from parents and players Setting up and taking down an on-site sales/marketing boothIdeal Candidate Characteristics: Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, TikTok, or Instagram ReelsUnderstanding of baseball/softballHigh energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated Past experience in sales or marketingExcellent professional communication skills Easy access to transportation to and from sites Desire to work within a fast-paced environment Start Date: Training and start dates are not finalized but will begin in either April or May and will run throughout the seasonThis is not a paid internship, but is available for school creditPowered by JazzHR
