Realplay is looking for applicants with a passion for baseball, softball, or sports data collection. The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the sports tech industry! Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories. Job Description: Realplay is looking for self-driven data operators for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sports Operations Team, your work will contribute directly to the fast-paced growth of our company, and the advancement of the sports tech industry as a whole. Our Sports Data Operators will be tasked with: Attend Realplay's partner facility "Lasorda Legacy Park", in Yaphank NY to score live games using our software.Attend indoor facility where Realplay equipment is set up to score pre-recorded games Become trained to operate our proprietary software Engage with customers/tournament attendees as needed Communicate with supervisor and other staff to achieve a common goal Treat all equipment properly and with care work directly with management staff to execute strategic objectives Contribute to product development and go-to-market plans Requirements: Excellent professional communication skills Understanding of baseball/softballEnergy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated Comfortable working with new technology Strong attention to detail Easy access to transportation to and from sites Desire to work within a fast-paced environment Pay: $16/HrTraining/Start Dates will be in April or May and run throughout the season as necessary.Powered by JazzHR
