Description Provide speech pathology services to patients, including: Developing and delivering speech pathology treatment plans. Evaluating patient response to treatment. Maintaining current and complete documentation Supervising speech pathology students and rehab assistants. Providing Educational Services Requirements: Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois Certificate of Clinical Competence or approval for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Basic Life Support for Healthcare Workers - CPR certification required. Excellent Communication Skills Outstanding record in patient satisfaction
