Position: Speech Language Therapist Join our compassionate team at Venza Care in the Therapy Department, delivering exceptional support at Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center ! Within our growing network that spans Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, we're more than just healthcare providers; we're a family that values kindness, innovation, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in patients. Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about speech disorders and therapies. Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies in speech therapy. Qualifications: Valid state license to practice speech therapy. (SLP) Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
