Central Florida Therapy, a leading pediatric therapy clinic in Sanford, FL, is seeking a talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping children with communication disorders reach their full potential. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of the children we serve.We have a current caseload ready for the right candidate.Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in children Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Provide therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and write reports as needed Educate and involve parents/caregivers in therapy goals and strategies Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid license to practice as an SLP in the state of Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with pediatric populations (clinical internships included) Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders in children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preference will be given to those that have a valid Medicaid number in the state of Florida How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter to Courtney Mullins, the contact person for this position, at XXXX@cfltherapy.com .
