We are hiring Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person accent-reduction lessons in Bridgewater, NJ Class details: Class numbers: 172967 Students: 1 adult Availability: Friday afternoons Preferred start date: ASAP Lesson Frequency: once a week Lesson Duration: 1 hour Location: Lessons should be held at the clients' place in Bridgewater, NJ Current target language level: Proficient Native language: Mandarin Student goals: • Pronunciation of all English American phonemes, intonation, and speech speed, using recordings and analytical equipment/software• Accent modification curricula customized per learner.• Vowel and consonant pronunciation training• Proper syllable and word stress exercises, intonation, rhythm, and pitch training• Improve presentation skills.• Final assessment showing development metrics. Responsibilities: Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications: Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field Minimum of two years of teaching experience All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
