We are currently looking for an experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is a term time position, based in London. About the role: As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide engaging and effective speech and language therapy to a range of clients within schools, home and clinic settings. Whats in it for you as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist: - Pension contributions - Perkbox - Working from home options - Regular training and CPD opportunities - Clinical supervision - Flexible working hours - Career progression - Regular salary reviews Your main responsibilities as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist: - Manage a caseload whilst recognising own professional boundaries and accessing supervision, advice and support when necessary - Maintain up to date and accurate case notes in line with professional standards and policies - Collect clinical data and writing reports for Annual Reviews and for other reports as required London SLTs Ltd Speech & Language Therapy; Psychology and Allied Services - Contribute to service development within as agreed with your line manager - Provide placement opportunities to SLT students - Offer shadowing opportunities to other members of the team / volunteers - Participate in regular service audits, e. g. of case notes and reports - Care for and maintain equipment ensuring standards of infection control and safety are maintained - Demonstrate clinical effectiveness by use of evidenced based practice and outcome measure - Provide clinical supervision to other team members as required - Recognise and demonstrate.
