Specification Sales Manager : ARV6313A SFS / Drylining Salary to GBP65,000 + OTE GBP86,000 + car or car allowance Postcode: BS3 2EJ Would suit home base in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol, Weston: super: Mare, Swindon Great opportunity to join a National Group with ambitious plans and investment About the Specification Sales Manager role: Covering South West, you will be working extensively with Sub: contractors, Main Contractors (and occasionally Architects), providing specialist SFS and Drylining Developing a significant presence in the market, building and maintaining relationships and maximising the potential of leads and opportunities Providing technical support, building and maintaining knowledge of the industry and your competitors Having an input in the development, creation, management, storage and control of critical project design data Responsible for pricing policy, driving added value for the business line Managing contract negotiations from initial enquiry through quotation and order Supporting marketing of technical data through website content, brochures, seminars, trade shows etc About you: Proven experience in drylining and/or SFS Good technical understanding of SFS and drylining systems Relevant experience of specification management Proven analytical skills and able to solve technical problems Able to demonstrate previous achievement of revenue growth managing a GBPmultimillion region Able to create and develop technical specifications and documentation, as well as read, understand and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Proven ability to work under pressure with to tight deadlines, working largely unsupervised As Specification Sales Manager, you can expect to: Join an expanding business who are investing heavily in this division Enjoy the hunt, selling into Subcontractors, Main Contractors and Architects Have close contact with the Board, confident that you will have an influence in the direction of the business,.
