Aarorn Technologies is looking for a Specialized IT Consultant-Senior - Data Governance Implementation to join the team of one of our clients. Applicants must fulfil the following requirements. Must haves: · Minimum 6 years’ experience of providing data/analytics governance or data/information asset management expertise to enterprise level project or programs · Experience in development and implementation of data/analytics management life cycle· Experience in coordinating project teams including subject matter experts from various teams (e. g. business, technical, data)· Experience monitoring and managing the cost, risk, schedule, governance, technical performance, and program impact of each of the component projects· Experience providing a view of project inter-dependencies and external project dependencies, monitoring and reporting on exposure levels· Experience leading strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change· Experience seeking new and unique business processes, technologies and products to benefit programs, portfolios and projects· Experience in development and communication of project related updates to various stakeholder levels range from senior executives to data analysts· Experience building positive relationships within the team and external parties· Experience contributing to improvements in life cycle based on lessons learned and past experience· Knowledge of Ontario’s health data landscape Deliverables by March 31, 2024: • Enterprise data catalogue template with PHSD data asset metadata documented as a pilot• Data dictionary for Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD)• PHSD Data flow diagram• Roles and responsibilities for managing PHSD as a data asset (technology agnostic)• Relevant Data quality metrics Responsibilities: • With the support from Data for Connected Health Data Governance (DG) Program, works in partnership with the PHSD team, to implement data governance practices in.
