What you'll be doing: You’ll will be working within the exciting and world leading HS2 contract for ESS, as a Sous Chef you will report to the Contract Head Chef, you will be based in the Central Production Kitchen’ in Kingsbury, Sutton Coldfield within the HS2 Contract. The role will involve an element of cooking, portioning and packaging the menu items that will be sent from the CPK to the sites. You will also be responsible for supporting the Head chef with bookwork, Health and Safety and team training. You will also be working Monday to Friday, there may also be the requirement to work some evenings and weekends. As our Sous Chef, you'll be at the helm of our bustling central production kitchen, ensuring the seamless creation and distribution of culinary delights to our diverse array of dining establishments. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency across all production.
