Looking for a Sous Chef that is creative, composed, committed and very well organised to join an amazing kitchen brigade Proven working experience as a Sous Chef : GBP 32,000 Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Strong attention to detail Ability to listen, communicate and lead a team effectively NVQ Level 1/2/3 Professional Cookery/Patisserie or equivalent Enjoy working in a fast paced environment AA Rosette Experience Job Duties: Supporting the Head Chef and taking control in his absence Prepare all food items as directed in an effective and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health and safety standards Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards Additional Duties: Menu planning Recording food temperatures Preparing reports Overseeing and training junior kitchen staff Assisting head chef with dutieinteractionperience and knowledge of GP's and stock management.
