Our client prides themself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse flavors inspired by Mediterranean, North African, and European cuisine with relaxed and informal setting tat offers AMAZING customer service and experiences Key Responsibilities: Actively work in the kitchen, leading by example. This includes working on the pass and covering various sections as needed. Manage and inspire a team of 8-12 chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment alongside your Head Chef Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained. Maintain effective kitchen operations. Training new Chefs Requirements: Proven experience in a fresh food, branded-style restaurant. Strong background in Mediterranean, North African, or European cuisines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on kitchen environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
